Because your club is made up of more than just players, it’s important that you accommodate the whole range of club participants when drawing up codes of conduct. For the most part, you want everyone sticking to the same general rules of participation and fair play. But there will be some items in a code of conduct that will apply to club administrators only, while others apply purely to the players.
