SPARC Online Governance Evaluation System
The updated SPARC Online Governance Evaluation System has now been released. In partnership with the Institute of Directors SPARC has worked to refresh the Governance Evaluation System to bring into line with current best practice governance and increase the useability. The SPARC Online Governance Evaluation Systems now features:
- Updated individual director and chairman questions
- An enhanced whole of board reporting format to include analysis along the “Four Pillars of Effective Board Governance”, from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand (Inc) publication: “Principles of Best Practice for New Zealand Directors”.
- A streamlined question process to reduce the time taken to complete the surveys;
- A simplified login process for users, and;
- Improved security of confidential organisational data.

If you are a current registered user of the system your login and password details will remain the same. All existing historical data is available in the updated system.
For new users a downloadable user guide is available from the homepage to guide you through the registration and evaluation administering process.
