Get2Go Challenge

Get2Go is a team adventure challenge for Year 9 and 10 students and is designed to encourage them to get active in New Zealand’s great outdoors.

The Get2Go Challenge is run by OPC and supported by SPARC. SPARC encourages Kiwis to participate in outdoor recreation and physical activity. The Get2Go Challenge provides an opportunity for young people to have a go at a series of exciting outdoor activities including: rock climbing, mountain biking, orienteering and kayaking.

Get2Go helps students to develop physical and mental skills including communication, problem solving, planning, endurance, decision making, leadership and teamwork. It’s all about having fun and having a go at physical activity and recreation in the great outdoors – no special outdoors experience is necessary.

For more information on how to register, cost, and to download a registration form go to the OPC website.
