SPARC sought legal advice on the Charities Act 2005 and its relevance for sport and recreation organisations.

Liability of sport and recreation organisations in New Zealand

'Legal Liability' is a document outlining the common legal obligations and liabilities of sports clubs and recreation organisations in New Zealand, and possible ways to minimise liability.

The report is general in nature and is intended as a preliminary guide only - sport and recreation organisations should obtain their own legal advice where appropriate.

Talent Visas

SPARC, in consultation with the New Zealand Immigration Service, has developed a clear set of criteria that can be applied to all Talent Visa applications.
