Getting perspective on budgets and costing
Total project revenue for City On Its Feet over a three-year term, is around $945,000. Of this total, $430,000 comes from the SPARC Active Communities investment and $516,000 from project partners – including $263,000 from TCC, $158,000 from ACC, and $95,000 from BOPDHB.
The following chart (figure 1) gives an indication of how such a budget might be allocated. The chart shows the relative weight of the different parts of the project spend to date, over the course of the initial three-year budget.
