Independent review of SPARC 2002-06

In November 2006 SPARC released an external review of its performance over the period 2002-06. The review was carried out by Deloitte.

The review found that SPARC can be proud of its achievements. It noted that "the organisation has performed well, 'lifting the bar' across the board both in terms of its own performance and sector capability".
