Hacky Sack

view all   <   4 of 10   >

You can play this by yourself or show off your slick moves to your mates. Just remember - no hands, and don't let that hacky hit the ground!

All you need to get started:
  • A hacky sack (if you don't have one, a small ball will work too).
Some Hacky Sack games:
  1. Kick Back - Find a wall and kick your hacky against it,
alone or with others. You'll need quite a firm hacky so
that it bounces back to you.
  2. Classic Hack - Get a group of friends together and start
kicking that hacky around. Keep it off the ground and
once everyone in the circle has kicked it you've got one
'hack'. Keep going and try to get as many as you can.
  3. Mervyn - Kick the hacky around the circle and if someone
lets it drop they get an 'M', if they drop it again they
get an 'E', and so on. Once a player has made the word
    'MERVYN' then they're out.
  4. Runbum - This is a good one to try after you've had a bit of practice. Everyone in the circle runs in one direction while
still trying to keep the hacky from meeting the ground.

Push Play fact: The world record for kicks of a hacky sack is
63,326 - it took 8 hours before it hit the ground!
