Vision and mission

Boy playing rugby. The Vision of Te Ropu Manaaki is:

"Enabling SPARC to achieve world leadership in sport and physical activity for New Zealand by delivering knowledge that enables the full potential of Maori to be realised".

And the Mission statement is:

"To provide insight, knowledge and advice to the SPARC Board on how to leverage the potential of a Maori approach to sport and recreation that benefits all New Zealanders".

By assisting SPARC to realise the potential of Maori in sport and physical recreation, Te Ropu Manaaki will assist SPARC to achieve its vision.
