This plan documents the goals, strategies and actions that Te Ropu Manaaki will employ to provide maximum benefit to SPARC and Maori. It will also form part of the reporting requirements to the SPARC Board and provide a reference point in the progress of the development of Taha Maori within SPARC and the sector.
